Judah Urch-Grear
Programme Manager
Judah has more than 10-years' experience working specifically with literacy charities, including The Reader Organisation and Doorstep Library where she worked as a Project Manager, leading the charity's activities across a number of London boroughs. A life-long reader, Judah is passionate about promoting reading for pleasure, and widening access to education. Judah holds a degree in English, and won the Sally Ledger Prize from Birkbeck University for outstanding student in English. As ALT's Programme Manager, Judah is working to grow and expand ALT's Reaching Coach programmes to support as many learners and partner institutions as possible.

Julia Dixon
Project Coordinator
Julia Dixon is Adult Literacy Trust’s Project Coordinator, focusing on service delivery and volunteer and learner support. Julia has over ten years’ experience in the charity sector, with the aim of improving access to services and opportunities. Julia has supported volunteers at charities such as Citizens Advice Bureau, Ethical Property Foundation and Doorstep Library. Previously, she has organised literacy projects in local communities, bringing the joy of reading to children across Camden, Westminster and Lambeth. Julia is a keen reader, and is passionate about the transformative power of reading for pleasure.
